I don't know if it's a silly question, but after what time will I be able to put games achievements on the profile showcase?

How do you get the gear up achievement ?

Is there a way to end every mission? I finished every level but only in "Graveyard" and "Swamps" i could finish the level and the game progressed me to the next one. In "Unknown" it reseted me back to the starting point of the level. In all the other levels i finished the task, but couldnt progress without manually switching the level. Are some levels without an ending, or i just couldnt find the way?...

For some reason I'm stuck in the second graveyard level inside the house where you spawn. I can pick up the mace "Burden" but after that I cant open the door and leave the house. Anyone know what's up with that?
