Kitchen Configurator Tool

Draw a kitchen configurator along your walls
Base cabinets, wall units and tall units, each with their own settings
Doors, drawers, or both in one cabinet
Configure everything: Front Types, Handles, Dimensions and appliances

2D-Plan: Compare storeys: lay any floor under your plan as a transparent overlay

Snapping of objects / elements?

I tried to build a kitchen. But placing and positioning all the kitchen cupboards by hand is a lot of work to get correct. It would be great if these items could snap to each other and against the walls.

Now the materials have names (that's also a great improvement!), I can let you know that "brick04" doesn't seem to correspond with the actual material... Can edit floors again, but there are no 'selecting lines'.

- Name rooms in the 2D plan: click the pencil and name your room

- Measurements and labels no longer grow too large when zooming out

- Imported models always get material slots, even when the file brings no material

- Imported models no longer arrive 10× too large when the file is in millimetres

- Textures next to the model file (also in subfolders like MAPS) are imported and baked into the object
when unambiguous

- "My Materials": real names from the file, grouped per model; drop a PNG/JPG into the Models folder to
use it as a material

- Removing a material from "My Materials" now works for OBJ/GLB/FBX and no longer shifts other materials

- Merge: the result stays exactly where it was and keeps each source's material, colour and tiling as separate slots

- Merged shapes appear under "My Models" with a proper thumbnail and can be reused in any level

- Furniture library stays open in 3D-Floorplan mode and room names editable there too

- Your own imported materials now show in "My Materials"

Too many things assigned to the same buttons

The main issue I have with this simulation is that too many things are assigned to the same keys and/or buttons. it is very hard to grasp. but like anything the more you use it the more you grow accustom to the button mapping. That being said I don't have the time or the patience to learn how to do everything on this simulation. When I look back to my graphic design days learning a new program only took me a few days to learn the basics 30 minutes at a time. I accidentally purchased this simulation and p...

Suggestions for 2D Mode

In 2D mode, allow movement of camera with WASD. Also, need the ability to move rooms in 2D mode. So if I want to move a room from one side of the house to the other, I don't have to rebuild it. Thx
