Let me start by saying steam reviews are ridiculously unfair at best and people just bomb the games with 20 minutes play time or less let the feking thing cook 1st and if it doesn’t improve after launch fare enough bomb it it’s early access you know the risks.

The game isn’t half bad I finished the tutorial and started processing my own dirt. I’m enjoying what I’ve done so far and I’m sure with a bit of time this will turn into something more enjoyable for all.
The art style is something Ive come to enjoy in games I have a few like it ( art of rally, over the hill etc etc) the game states it wasn’t designed to be played with a controller but that’s all I’ve used with the odd k/b key so that a plus and using the machines with controller is a damn sit easier than K/B as well.

The game needs some attention though I will say that for example the way the character runs is a joke all I did was laugh at him and he’s got tits when the camera is at a certain angle I ended up putting my pov to FPP so it didn’t distract me, there is also a bit of stuttering visuals when I’m walking about but not when in machines. There needs to be poi’s on the map and to be able to see where your character is, can be easy to lose where you are when leaving your claim. Other than that I’m enjoying it. I enjoy machines IRL so doing it in game just does it for me.

@Dev, keep updating your game and make it the best it can be turn the bomb reviews around because it has promise. Good luck, look forward to seeing it develop.

Before you buy it:

This is a early game that clearly state it is a V0.1. Meaning the bear mininmum is working. I bought the game only to support the devs and i knew what i would be miles away from a finished game.

With this in mind, the gameplay has already a lot to offer. Sure physics could be improved, bugs fixed, and a lot more added to it. But bugs aside, (that will surely be fixed in the coming days) you can already have some hours passed by before you notice it. Filling the pond, having the water overflowing. Diggin a trench as an overspill, etc...

So with this in mind, i just hope devs will strenghen the foundation (better vehicle physics, more optimise dirt physic, ...) before adding any more content.

So to summurise, i think the reviews are to harsh for an Early Access V0.1 game.

all the bad reviews were day one, its still a early access game but after the day 2 patch it runs like it should. 7/10
