Can you drown?

"this is like the evil version of the "the water looks nice" guy" -boo_ripley

Drowning in video games can be boiled to 2 categories.

1. Literal: When going into water, you take in-game damage and die via your health depleting to 0.

2. Hypothetical: When going into water, you can submerge your character's face (nose or higher), but do not take damage.

It all started when Votterbin would actively seek out places to get his character below the water level in MMOs with his friends. There was no reaosn for it, that's just what he would do. And since then it became a game in and of itself for him to try and drown (or at least get below the water level) in every game he played. It eventually ballooned into this project.
