What is Millenion Elite?

It's a group only for those who I trust most, I know I can rely on and who I always have a fun time with. And that's about it really, if you are invited here, congrats because you must have earned it. It's a group based on the fictional mafia organisation called Millenion (duh) from Gungrave which happens to be my favorite anime.
