Replacements for Rage Quitters!

We, The rage quit replacements, are locked in an epic battle against rage quits. Our main goal is to keep games going by replacing rage quitters, whose absense would normally ruin the game for the 7 other players. (A real flaw in l4d and l4d2 dont you think) But since valve cant think of something like a reputation profile (kinda like halo or the xbox games) in order to stop the behavior.
