In situations like this on DayZ I think we can all agree that we wont have time to argue who does what, if a team mate has an idea he will likely assign players to do things in order to help him carry out his plans and we should all work together as a unit to achieve this. If the order is a bad idea and you have a slight alternative and there is time t explain it then by all means suggest it but as a general rule everyone should expect to help each other in any way that is needed..that's what friends do :-)
I am itching to get back onto DayZ the install is now on 94%! :)
In regards to your question I dont plan to have leaders as such especially not when we are just free roaming the map (if we were ever to have organsed clan fights then a loyal battle leader may be installed to help organise our team) but if during free roam we happen to run into other hostile players everyone in the team would be expected to react quickly and do their part to help without any question, if every kid wants to be the boss then thats how everyone ends up dead.
i am almost 14 and like to have a more coperative sortve group instead of taking orders from one leader, here are my pc specs (its pretty bad)
2GB RAM
64-bit operating system
Intel Core i3-2330 cpu @ 2.20 GHz
Intel HD Graphics Family
Its good enough to run dayz
also im more of a skype kind of person (i dont use teamspeak) Soooo Yeah
