Official Insurgency Server of YouTube Roaster, Infinite Elgintensity

1. Games are set to Hardcore difficulty with teammate indicators off, reasonably high bot counts, and lethal cache explosion damage in a fairly wide radius.

2. Admins will kick incompetent newbies and annoying pests. Start threads for such players, preferably with links to in-game clips of their behavior.

3. If players votekick you for no good reason, then name them in a discussion thread.
