Best ways to improve one's kill Death Ration (KDR) is in my humble opinion:

1. never run in corners and move very slow.
2. Kill one or two, then move immediately as they may come down and look for you or
Just tube you.
3. use perks that suit ur playing style; for blind eye, assassin and dead silence.
4. check ur minimap on a regular basis like each minute. This tells u approximately
where your targets are.
5. silencer on weapon is sometimes useful.
6. Keep learning from those you play with and against by watching replays in you need.

Hope this will help. Im struggling too.
