This is a PvP WU server with a starting PvE island.

Deed vs Deed Alliances & Warfare
  • PvP is driven by choice, not kingdom loyalty
  • Killing = aggression = possible less trade offers / other player's assistance
  • Random acts of PvP = less of a chance to get other player's help
PvP Mechanics

PvP is considered:
  • Killing or attacking a player
  • Stealing from another player
  • Performing a disallowed action on another's deed
Protection against PvP:
  • Deed your establishment
    • This is a HOTS home server, no guard towers are needed to deed
  • Hire a spirit guard
  • At the deed token under reputations, mark everyone kill on sight
    • The spirit guard will attack anyone kill on sight when they enter your deed
PvP consequences:
  • If players know you PvP, then they might be less likely to trade
  • Deeds can be in alliance and help each other revenge PvP
  • All WL & mayor penalties are in effect for PvP

Current Events / Contest
We are running a "Design Community Buildings" contest.

The "Design Community Buildings" contest due date has been extended to July 31st (Tuesday) to give players more time to participate and submit quality work. One player can submit 3 building designs (Smithing building, Kitchen building, and Market Place) for up to 60 copper coins (20 copper coins per design).

Spawn ReDesign Project
Tosiek spent time this weekend ReDesigning the PvE Island Spawn location.
It is now possible to see the plots for where the community buildings will stand.
Also, Personal Merchant Contracts can now be purchased at the PvE Island for 10 silver.

In the future, players can rent market space for their Personal Merchant stores.

Server Updates
This morning, the animal population was increased to 30,000 and the aggressive percent to 50%. It will take some time for these changes to appear on the server. Please come to the GMs if there are any problems.

UPDATE: Deadline extended to July 31st

Buildings to Design
  • Kitchen / Cooking Building
  • Market place hall / open markets
  • Smithing Building
$$ Participation & Winners
  • Each design (3 total) submission is worth 20 copper
  • Winners win an additional 1 silver if design is picked
The submissions will be evaluated by GMs. Gms will not be submitting. The winning designs will be used in later Building Community Buildings for the PvE Island Events.

Building Rules
  • Try not to exceed 5x5 tiles (there can be exceptions if it looks good)
  • Do not exceed 2 - 3 floors tall
  • The market building / plaza should be within 6x5 tiles
  • Do not make the buildings square shacks, put some thought into it
  • You can add furniture, etc in the buildings
Event Rules
  • Submissions due by: July 31st
  • Submit the .map files from Deed Planner to discord
  • Deed planner[forum.wurmonline.com] has to be used
  • Assistance for deed planner will be given at the beginning of the event*
*Do not wait till last minute to use Deed planner incase you need support. I cannot promise I can be avaliable last minute to give advice / support for the program.

How To Submit
Submit all designs to the contest_submission[discord.gg] channel in discord.
  • The .MAP file should be named after the community building it is for
  • GMs will check the quality of the submission
  • Submissions with a :Thumbsup: emoji are accepted submissions
  • Submissions without the :Thumbsup: emoji WILL NOT get a participation prize
