Well, I tried to suck myself off this morning. I lay down and put my feet above my head with my ass in the air and bend my back enough for the old boy to be able to reach my mouth. I got the tip in and then…To my horror the base of my back cracked/popped so loudly it was like a gunshot and brief shooting pain hit me. I honestly thought I’d paralyzed myself. Terrified I rolled myself off the bed and stumbled up to see if I could walk. It was very painful. I took a paracetamol and hoped for the best. I looked up similar style yoga positions so if I went to the doctor I could blame my impending paralysis on a morning yoga session. I’ve had bad sciatica a good portion of my life which has worsened to the point of me favoring one leg and developing the start of a limp. Hours later, now this afternoon, the pain’s gone, the sciatica pain has also gone and I feel like I can walk more normally and sit more comfortably.
