Very late response but the measurements are as follows:
Entire build (as in, the entire screenshot) is 91x52 tiles
Snow sections are 10 tiles wide all the way around (except for the bottom, obviously)
Crafting box dimensions, including outer solid walls: 23x20, there's an extra tile dedicated to detailing below the box (you can see the three blocks sticking out)
Entire interior section, including outer solid walls: 69x42
