And these are usually incompetent employees acting on behalf of Deutsche Telekom who mostly just spout ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥—usually to gain entry to your apartment and force a sales pitch on you when you don't want one. I actually experienced this with my own mother, too. I swear, those two employees should be glad I didn't smash them in the face with a hook or an uppercut. Just the look on their faces—those two morons—was enough to make me aggressive.
