Wash your penis and balls every single day — actually use your hands. Try antibacterial body wash (Dial or Dove) for a week or two. Wear loose boxers, change them daily, and dry yourself properly after every shower.
If you're uncircumcised, pull back the foreskin and rinse underneath. Smegma collects there and smells bad. Don't ignore it.
Get into the scrotal folds too — it sweats a lot there. Rinse thoroughly, leftover soap causes irritation.
Dry properly before putting underwear on. Damp skin plus tight fabric equals rash and odor. Pat dry, don't rub.
Cotton underwear breathes better than synthetic. Change it daily, no exceptions.
If you notice unusual smell, discharge, sores, or lumps — see a doctor. Usually nothing serious but worth checking.
Basic self-care. Take care of yourselves.
