Party AI Controls Reforged

Description
Allows you to control troop recruitment and behavior of clan parties.
Updated version of Party AI Controls by Vigilant, which was an updated version of Party AI controls by carbon198.
Thank you carbon and Vigilant for keeping the source open so the mod can live on!

Issues and suggestions are welcome, but comments about crashes without a generated report and/or reproduction instructions WILL be mocked and ignored.

Features
  • Custom control panel accessible with CTRL+P.
  • Configure party composition percentages (infantry, ranged, cavalry, horse archers)
  • Configure troop templates with the type of troop you want in your parties.
  • Configure max level troops you want in your party.
  • Allows clan parties to convert recruits to troops of the troop template you've selected. The cost of the recruit will be adjusted accordingly, so be careful selecting only elite troops--your party expenses could be quite high.
  • If you are the ruler of your kingdom, you can control all parties in your kingdom.
  • Automatically create clan parties
  • Disable raiding, army joining, and garrison troop donations if desired.
  • Command Parties Feature - Press ALT+X to select nearby parties to command, then hold ALT while clicking to command them. Clicking parties will tell them to escort/engage, clicking on settlements will tell them to visit. Clicking on the ground will tell them to follow you.
  • Safe to add or remove from existing saves. If you remove the mod and save the game you'll just wipe the mod's settings.

@Libra It's possible I have to increase the weights even more. Next time it happens make sure to check what their objective is that overrides your order (visiting settlement due to no food/low troops? defending/attacking a settlement? running after a random guy? just patrolling?)
@Gorynych I think I remember being able to change it, but yeah. The entire clan screen override should go, CTRL+P is enough.

With this mod party priority slider is missing. How to change party priority (neutral/defensive) ?

Any idea why when ill give to one of my parties order to go to defend vilige, they ignore it completly and go somewhere else? its their only order, at the top of the queue, they cant join the army, and they still go whereever they want, but not to defend this specific vilige.

Uh, yeah. I know. It's my career. I'm just saying that I'm not going to waste my time digging through decompiled garbage just because some modders protect their slop code as if it was the recipe for their grandmas' cookies. I'm open to PRs, though.
