I usually assume that you don't want robot parts and low tier botkillers, so please specify if you do want them. Additionally, I assume you want everything else, so clarify if you don't want something.

No, I will never make you pay a fee for anything but the gpan. You can offer to split valuable drops as a tip, but I will never ask you to do so.

In the event that this happens, I ask for at least 10% of what the pan ends up selling for, which should be plenty for me so don't feel obligated to give me more unless you really want to. If you don't want to sell it to buy orders, I will broker the pan for you and send you your share of the sale once it has sold. You can also pay me 10% of the current Backpack buy orders in pure or items. If you choose to pay the 10% in items, I will most likely value them close to or at buyers depending on the item.

If you've been marked as a scammer or I have reasonable suspicion or evidence of you being a scammer, you will not be allowed to use my service. Furthermore, if you provided me tickets before being marked or exposed as a scammer, I will not return your tickets. You have been warned.



I cannot provide a specific number, but I can provide factors that extend or shorten the wait. More tickets means more time playing, so if you dump me like 100 tickets, expect me to take a while. Additionally I prioritize people who gave me their tickets first. In general Mecha Engine is quicker than 2 Cities, so if speed is a priority, I recommend Mecha Engine. If you are fine waiting longer for better drops, I recommend 2 Cities.

Sometimes I get busy with real life responsibilities, get sick, burnt out, or something else prevents me from playing. As someone providing this service free of charge, I ask you to please be patient and understand that I am not perfect. If you are willing to pay a little extra for more consistent and faster service, I recommend contacting Lugi and Epsilon as they have more tours and play more often.

This can happen for a variety of reasons, as while I try my best to screenshot that screen every time, there is some things that prevent me from having a 100% perfect screenshot rate. Firstly, game crashes! I can't do anything about this, but it luckily isn't very common. Secondly, TF2's code is a spaghetti monster and can be buggy as hell. Sometimes the result screen can just not work properly. Finally, and most commonly, I simply forget. Sometimes I am so tired during these sessions or focused on the game that I just forget to screenshot. Please remember that I am human, and that I make mistakes.

I may occasionally make mistakes when going over what items I am supposed to send you. Please let me know as soon as possible if I forget to send you one of your items. If I no longer have your missing item, I will provide you with the item's value in keys. Item value will be estimated based off past data and the opinions of other traders in an attempt to give you the most accurate compensation possible.

If it's been over a month and you have not responded, I might assume you aren't coming back. Please let me know if you will not be responsive for a while so that I don't mistakenly make this assumption.

No, you will be blocked if you repeatedly ask me. I cannot take the risk when I am already being trusted. There are ZERO exceptions, even if you have over 100 trust ratings on Backpack or anywhere else.

If you want your tickets back, I will return all of your remaining tickets. I can not return tickets I have already used.

There is a chance in the future I will make my service paid. There are currently no plans to make this change however, so expect this service to be free for a while.
