Review Showcase
Despite having several hours of playtime and experience with many other fighting games, it's safe for me to say that USFIV is easily the best fighting game I've ever played, there's a lot to enjoy in this game.

As others have pointed out in many other reviews, USFIV has a pretty damn high learning curve for even the basics, most notably mastering links, as 'gatlings' you see in modern fighting games are absent (save for the target combos, of course). I usually compare this game to a violin - any schmuck can hold the bow and produce a few notes, even if out of tune. But with many, many hours of practice, trial and error, wins and losses, buttons and special moves will flow into each other in a perfect symphony. Being, at the very least, SOMEWHAT DECENT in USFIV may take a very long time, depending on how fast you learn and adapt. But don't feel bad if you feel you're not keeping up with your intended pace. Life isn't a race. Watch replays of your matches or analyze your round / game losses while playing. However, let it be known that mashing will only hinder you in this game. Moves typically have fast recovery, but you can be punished harshly for mashing or even whiffing DPs due to the power of Supers and Ultras.

I think CAPCOM nailed the visual style of this game when transitioning the series to modern 3d consoles. Personally, I'm not too fond of the more "realistic" appearance of the characters that we see in SFV and SFVI. Again, this is purely subjective, but while I think Third Strike has, by far, the best visuals in the franchise, USFIV is a worthy contestant in this regard.

Finally, the online isn't that populated, but you can easily find matches through the USFIV Revival Discord or similar communities. I cannot stress enough how strongly I recommend this game, and even more so in particular if you prefer more "traditional" fighting games. It's very worth the price.
